CloakMan
A classic series MegaMan original robot master design.

The 2nd robot master I've ever designed. I could say the 1st, but I remember one that I designed when I was probably 8 years old, but I have only the vaguest memories of how I cut him out after I drew him, and his room-specific fighting style, and that's it (I don't even remember the name!). Also, "Cloak" and its varieties was once a prevailing internet handle for me.

He's a darkness themed robot who is actually wearing a billowing cape. Defensively, he could wrap himself in it and be fully shielded. Offensively, he could take off his cape and throw it at MegaMan, and if hit would wrap around him and freeze him in place for CloakMan to come close and violently take the cape back. Also, he could throw his cape forward that could absorb any attacks MegaMan throws (also suck MegaMan closer), and then would fire a dark blast that could be powered up by absorbed shots.

MegaMan would get the weapon Cloak D., which would be a cape projectile that flies in an arc that would wrap around an enemy, and if it's a weak enemy it would be destroyed, but if it's a stronger enemy it would turn it dark and freeze it in place for a bit.
