KeyWoman

There are 3 types of robot master heads, and MegaMan 2 gives an example of all 3. There's the sharp-eyed QuickMan, the round-eyed HeatMan, and the eyes-in-your-chest AirMan. Since SplashWoman was a sharp-eyed, KeyWoman was designed to be a round-eyed.

She's a guard themed robot master who uses both keys and doors to fight. First, she can take those keys out of her shoulders and use them like swords. Also, since she has keys, she can create a door in the wall and walk in, then reappearing from another created door wherever she wants. Finally, she could use her doors to trap MegaMan.

MegaMan would get the weapon M. Key, which would be a short ranged sword swipe attack, and it would also have the ability to "unlock" (break) otherwise inaccessible walls, since every game seems to have these.
