WaterMan

Out out all the games, there is no obviously named WaterMan, and this was my solution to that. He is a robot master made of hollow ice that has water inside of him w/hot steam flowing off of him. All three forms of water are addressed here.

He's a water type robot master who actually controls the temperature of his water. His ice attacks are short ranged heavy projectiles that quickly slide forward on the ground. His water attack is a mid ranged hose like stream of water that he manipulates like a whip. Finally, his steam attack is rising cloud of vapor that spreads far but not very hard hitting.

MegaMan would get the weapon Water M., which is a charge weapon that would be the exact same weapon described above.
